Our Learner Charter

VTCT puts the learner at the centre of everything we do. We aim to offer a direct route to a rewarding career and improved job prospects through our suite of qualifications.

As part of our commitment to learners, we want to support you at each stage of your journey.

Our Learner Handbook covers everything you need to know about us, your qualification and any other questions you may have whilst studying. If you do have further questions, your

In the rare circumstances that learners find themselves unable to complete their qualifications at their chosen centre, through no fault of their own, VTCT takes all reasonable steps to protect the interests of learners.

For a centre to be approved to deliver VTCT qualifications, centres go through a rigorous application and approval process, so we understand the distress caused when a learner’s chosen centre withdraws from the delivery of their qualification.

VTCT May be able to offer advice and support for any learners studying a VTCT qualification with a centre that has unexpectedly closed down.
