Martin joined VTCT in February 2024, from Ordanance Survey where he was Finance Director, to help the Corporate Leadership Team drive growth and focus on our corporate strategy

Martin qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC before moving to KPMG to help establish their Corporate Finance Aviation specialism. Rising to global leader for Aviation, Martin decided to leave the world of Mergers and Acquisition behind to develop investment reporting and governance at NATS. There he focused on bringing innovation, efficiency and an outcome focus to reporting, both internally and externally as part of their Regulatory reporting regime before centralising all the reporting for NATS within his team.

From there he moved to OS where he again commenced centralising and standardising reporting for corporate data and oversaw the divestment of their 50% shareholding in PointX.

Martin lives with his wife, Jen, and their two children, Issy and Ollie, in Hampshire.
