Ben Dellicompagni has 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. Through it all, his passion and drive has always been to nurture the next generation, creating an environment that leads to ever better, ever more skilled individuals who can thrive and be successful.

Ben has been able to pursue this through the Francesco Group, whose culture is at one with his own passion and has the means to put belief into action through a sector-leading apprentice programme and salon group.
