Kate joined VTCT in May 2024 as HR Director with a broad remit to review systems and drive the people agenda, championing inclusivity, employee wellbeing and fostering an environment to attract the best talent.

Prior to joining VTCT her career included senior HR management roles across a wide range of sectors, encompassing Associated British Ports, Carnival UK, Nationwide Building Society and Boots.

Kate achieved her CIPD Level 7 in Strategic People Management in 2013. She lives at the edge of the New Forest and loves nothing more than exploring in the forest with her rescue dog Basil.
