We are delighted to announce the launch of comprehensive new resources for our advanced non-medical aesthetic therapy units. Designed specifically for centres offering higher-level beauty qualifications, these resources are available free of charge on Linx2 and Wa’Daq from the 30th of September 2024.
As the demand for non-medical aesthetic treatments continues to grow, we are committed to supporting educators with materials that not only meet the highest standards but also streamline the teaching process. These resources cover a wide range of advanced treatments, helping learners to deepen their knowledge and skills.
What’s Included in the New Resources?
The newly launched resources provide thorough support for the following units:
- UBT273: Principles and Practice of Non-Medical Aesthetic Therapies
- UBT274: Advanced Consultation for Non-Medical Aesthetic Therapies
- UBT275: Advanced Skin Care for Non-Medical Aesthetic Therapies
These units form the foundation for certifications in advanced therapies, such as skin peeling, needling, ultrasound, and radiofrequency treatments. These certifications help learners stay at the forefront of the beauty industry.
In addition, we have developed specific resources for two key treatment-focused units:
- UBT278: Provide Cosmetic Skin Needling Treatments
- UBT280: Provide Skin Peeling Treatments
Each of these units is accompanied by a detailed workbook, packed with useful content such as learning activities, tasks, and recap questions to ensure learners retain essential knowledge. For units UBT278 and UBT280, we have also included schemes of work to assist lecturers in planning and delivering their lessons effectively.

These resources are now live and available for download for exiting VTCT and ITEC centres via Linx2 and Wa’Daq. Simply log in to the platform and navigate to the relevant units to access these valuable materials.
