What drew you into apprenticeships?
“Having been an apprentice myself, I understand the value of working in a realistic salon environment and having motivated and knowledgeable staff and educators -At Westrow we strive to achieve this.”
Why should someone consider doing an apprenticeship?
“At Westrow we pride ourselves on having a proactive practical salon and try to utilize our space to build a great learning environment, developing hands-on skills and a more practical approach to learning, gaining experience and having an opportunity to apply your skills immediately.”
What do you see as the most rewarding parts of working in apprenticeship?
“The most rewarding part of working with apprenticeships has to be THE LEARNERS!! Having a 100% pass rate at EPA with over 60% at a Distinction. Not only is this a massive achievement for the learners but for the education staff who individualise every element of a students qualification.”
