VTCT Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development
For Advent Calendar Day 12, we are moving onto the Business Services and Training sector as we take a look at the VTCT Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development.
VTCT Personal and Social Development qualifications will improve the learner’s personal and social skills, and build confidence and self-esteem to prepare them for the world of work.
The qualification is unique in that there are no mandatory units but 39 optional units, making it flexible and adaptable to different groups of learners.
The units cover a range of topics including developing your own skills and setting goals, healthy living, budgeting, community action and preparing for work. Click the information sheet to learn more about this qualification.
